New page!

I made a new page! It's the beginners guide to frankening because I always seem to get so many questions whenever I post about frankening. It has some good links, tips and tricks and suppliers. I'll make sure to update it as I think of more stuff to add.

It's just up there *points up on page* and it has glitter!!

Nfu.oh flakies!

Oh how I love flakies! I can just stare at my nails forever when they're flakieliscious.

I wore Nfu.oh 54 from their Opal series over a black base:

And then the next day I threw on a coat of Essie Matte About You for even more flakielisciousness:

Am I the only one singing Bootyliscious in my head now? I really have to stop making up words.

Last of the winter snow!

It snowed today. I have now decided that it will be the last time this winter. I simply will not have it anymore, it needs to get warmer and it needs to be spring!

So this is my last of the winter snow manicure.

This is dedicated to any existing weather gods, clouds and butterflies in Brazil. Make the snow stop!

I used Essence: I love bad boys, a lovely aqua blue creme with bright turquoise shimmer. The shimmer is quite noticable, but obviously not so much through the stamping and the matte-ing.  I stamped from plate VL006 with Sally Hansen Whirlwind White, and added a coat of Essie Matte about you.

Sealore Wintry Friends swatches

Today I have 3 polishes that have been staring at me from my pile of untrieds since last year and I finally let them loose on my nails. And they are truly awesome!

I bought 3 of the Sea Lore Wintry Friends Collection, I have to say I love the concept and the animals that as inspired these colours.

First up is my favourite (the blue one - are you surprised? haha!) it's Wintry Whale! It's a deep wintery dark blue, perfect for those long, dark evenings.

This is Beluga Blizzard, a lovely white glitter in a deep shimmery base. It looks like soft snow on my fingertips! I layered it over China Glaze Secret Peri-Wink-Le for a lovely watery snow effect.

Last up is Glacial Grayling, a wonderful dark grey with lots of holographic glitter. It is so much more glittery than the picture shows.

I love that their minis are actually 8ml, which is a perfect size. Though I might have to get a full size of Wintry Whale. Because, you know - I barely have any blue polish...
